Oval Bucket Mould is suitable in Plastic Paint Bucket mould, Injection oil bucket mould, water bucket mould, rice bucket mould. As per capacity, from 100ML to 25L; as per cavity number, usually 1 or 2 or 4 cavity. Most of bucket with lid should be no leakage and guard against theft design. In order to make good cooling system to keep less cycle time, we suggest to make beryllium copper on the mould. e.g. 2 cavity of 5L bucket mould running on high speed injection machine around 12 seconds, 1 Cavity of 16L bucket mould around 20 seconds.

7. Sample shoot
T0 - T1: Checking if mould running corrects, the dimension, weight, wall thickness,if
meet customer request, arrange samples to customer approve.
8. Delivery time
Once sample approved, we will ship the moulds in 7 days after get customer shipping
instructions.
