Mould Process

Product Design: According to real sample or drawing.

Mould Design: Before mold design send DFM report to check every detail for the mold conception and start designing.

Mould Making: After mould design confirm, building mould, cut steel, rough CNC and precision machining etc.

Mould T1: After mold assembly do the T1, will send photos, samples and video for customer check,

Final Process: If samples all good, start polish and surface finish like chrome, nitrided etc.

Mould T2: Run the mold again after everything is complete, Send customer the final sample and video to confirm.

Mould Packing: Prepare the mold for shipment.
